We regularly practice memory

Memory training is very important for everyone. And we're not slacking off at all. There are many books and handouts to help us with this practice. Will you practice with us? You can, for example, complete sayings, solve riddles, memorize a few words and try to recall them later, come up with homonyms (words that have at least 2 meanings), solve different puzzles, etc. In short, there are a lot of different tasks and tasks that will get us moving again in a slightly different way than during the movement exercise.
