Warm-up with trainee Misha

What better way to start the day than with a proper warm-up. In ALZHEIMER HOME Opava we warmed up under the guidance of our skilful trainee Míša, who will come to us as part of her internship at the local university. We are very much looking forward to see what we will experience with her and what new things she will teach us.
